Returns & Exchanges
To initiate a return or exchange please follow the steps below:
- In order to process your request we need to be able to identify the original order in our systems. Please include a copy of the invoice, or if you no longer have it, a letter with the following information:
- Name of the person who placed the order
- Address where the order was shipped
- Phone number of who placed the order
- Email address of the person who placed the order
- When the purchase was made
- Reason for the return or exchange
- Please specify if this is a return or exchange. If it is a straight return, we will credit the card used for the original transaction minus shipping fees. If it is an exchange, please specify what product(s) you are wanting. We will contact you for additional information.
- For your protection, mail via a trackable shipping method. We are not liable for returns or exchanges lost in transit. Please ship to:

- Shipping charges on correctly shipped orders will not be refunded.
