Where We Ship

Products carried by Hip Hound can be delivered to most destinations worldwide. Please make sure to provide an accurate physical address so your order can be delivered without issue. If you are placing an International order and are having problems, please contact us so we can help.

How We Ship

We ship via USPS (First Class and Priority Mail with and without Delivery Confirmation), UPS Ground and FedEx Ground depending upon package weight and delivery address. Please understand packages shipped via USPS cannot be tracked in real time. You will be notified upon order shipment.

Shipping Times

Most orders ship within in 1-2 business days. Please note that some of our items are custom products and ship direct from the manufacturer. In this event, you may receive multiple packages (one from Hip Hound and one from the respective manufacturer). In the Continental USA, delivery can be expected within 3-7 days of shipment notification. Other delivery areas could take an additional 3-5 days to arrive.
