Do you accept returns?
Yes! We accept returns within 30 days with receipt. Your items will need to be in the same condition that you received them in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on food (kibble, frozen food, treats), custom items (such as bandanas with custom iron on patches), and bones/chews. We also do not accept returns on sale items and gift cards. Yes! We offer store pick-up. When you check out online, select store pick up. If you prefer curbside pick-up, give us a call when you arrive and we’ll bring your items out to you!
Although we do accept walk-ins, we highly recommend giving us a call at (626) 257-3608 to make an appointment.
Absolutely! We love meeting all of our furry friends! However, for the safety of all animals in the store, please keep dogs on a leash at all times except when using the self-service dog wash (there are tethers on the tubs to keep your pal secure during bath time). In addition to meeting your pets during our regular hours, we also host numerous events throughout the year that are centered around our furry friends, including private shopping experience for anxious and reactive dogs.
